- Field vs. Road Usage: Tires used exclusively on soil tend to last longer than those that endure road travel.
- Impact of Four-Wheel Drive Tractors: Front tires on mechanical four-wheel drive tractors often wear out at a 2:1 ratio compared to rear tires. This is because the front tires rotate 1.3 to 1.5 times faster than the rear tires.
- Crown of the Road: The road’s crown contributes to uneven wear. The right front tire typically wears out faster than the left, while the right rear tire also shows wear but at a slower pace due to its larger size and reduced rotations.
